Q Are you responsible for defective goods?

A We pursue the zero defective goods in shipment. If some of defective goods have been found by customers, we will be responsible for it.
Q What is your main market?

A Our main market is Europe. North America South America, Asia and South Africa.
Q Do you accept small order?

A
Yes, we accept it. If the order amount is less than USD 2000. We will add USD 100 as

export handle cost.
Q What is your quality control system?

A
Process 1: Before production, we send the pre-production sample to customers for approval.

Process 2: During the mass production, we produce the goods strictly according to the approved samples.

Process 3: When 1/3 to 1/2 of goods was produced, we inspect the goods for first time.

Process 4: Before shipment, we inspect the goods for second time.

Process 5: Before shipment, we send the shipping samples to customers for confirmation again.

After the customers confirmed the shipping samples, then we arrange the shipment.
Q What is your payment method?

A For new customer, our payment is 20% T/T in advance before production, 80% balance paid against copy of shipping documents. For regular customers, the payment method can be negotiated.
Q How about your price?

A Our price is very competitive considering the same quality level.
Q What is your delivery?

A Generally, our delivery is 20 days to 35days, depend on quantity.
Q Do you accept OEM ?

A Yes, we accept OEM.
